We don’t half finish a job and then come back two weeks later to finish it off. Our payment plans relate directly to the work completed, meaning that you have control over the project’s progress.

We don’t take any money up front and there is no deposit. Along with a timetable for the job, we will also provide you with a synchronous payment plan. You literally pay us as we progress through the job and the price builds with the property.

You may prefer to leave your home to avoid the disruption associated with building work. If you do, you can rest assured that your home is in safe hands.
The ‘walkthrough’
Before you pay your final instalment and after the project has been completed, we’ll take you through the ‘walkthrough’. This gives you the chance to see the completed work and to discuss exactly what has taken place. If you have any issues at all, we can resolve them at this stage. We endeavour to leave the property in immaculate condition and its owner completely satisfied.
